Websites/Pages Covered: This Privacy Policy applies to any website, funnel, landing page, form, calendar, chat widget, and related online property we operate or brand under CLSCG and/or Leverage Suite (collectively, the “Sites”), and to our services (the “Services”).

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you:

  • Visit our Sites

  • Request information, a demo, a consultation, or support

  • Subscribe to or use Leverage Suite or AI Employee

  • Engage CLSCG for consulting services

  • Communicate with us by phone, SMS, email, chat, or social media

  • Submit information through forms, surveys, calendars, or checkouts

A. Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number)

  • Business details (company name, website, industry, role)

  • Account information (username/login, profile details) if you create an account

  • Billing details (billing name/contact, payment confirmation, transaction metadata)

  • Messages/content you submit (form entries, chat messages, support requests, uploads)

  • Information shared during consulting (goals, assets, credentials you provide, and related notes)

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS)

  • Site usage (pages viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, time spent)

  • Approximate location (derived from IP)

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

C. Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (limited billing/transaction metadata)

  • Integrations you connect to Leverage Suite (data you authorize us to access)

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (SaaS + consulting)

  • Set up accounts, deliver onboarding, and provide support

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Send transactional messages (account notices, receipts, service updates)

  • Send marketing communications (where permitted and/or with your consent)

  • Improve the Sites and Services (performance, features, troubleshooting)

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

4) How We Share Information

We may share information as follows:

A. Service providers (subprocessors)
We use vendors to help operate our Sites and Services (hosting, email/SMS/phone delivery, analytics, scheduling, support tools, payments, security). They may access information only to perform services for us.

B. Communications delivery providers
If you use features involving email, SMS, calling, voicemail, or AI communications, message delivery may involve third-party carriers and communication providers.

C. Integrations you choose
If you connect third-party services (calendar, email provider, ads, payments, etc.), information may be shared with those providers based on your settings.

D. Legal and safety
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, investigate misuse, and enforce our policies.

E. Business transfers
If CLSCG is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5) Controller vs. Processor
(Important for Leverage Suite Customers)

This section is important if you use Leverage Suite for your own business.

A. When we are the “Controller”
We act as the controller for information collected for our own business purposes, such as:

  • Visitors to our Sites and marketing pages

  • Leads requesting demos/consulting

  • Our direct customer account administration, billing, and support

B. When we are a “Processor / Service Provider”
If a Leverage Suite customer (“Customer”) uses the platform to collect and manage data about their own leads/customers (“End Users”), that Customer controls that data. In those cases, we generally process End User data on the Customer’s behalf to provide the platform features (CRM storage, automations, messaging delivery, etc.).
End Users should review the Customer’s privacy policy for information about how that Customer collects and uses End User data.

6) Communications, Call Recording, & Support

If you contact us, we may keep records of the communication (emails, chats, support tickets).
If you call us, we may collect call metadata and, where enabled and permitted, call recordings for quality assurance, training, and support.

7) SMS/MMS Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS from us (CLSCG and/or Leverage Suite), we may send appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and promotional messages related to CLSCG and/or Leverage Suite.

Mobile information sharing restriction:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8) Cookies, Analytics, & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate the Sites and Services

  • Remember preferences

  • Understand usage and improve performance

  • Measure marketing effectiveness

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, any cookie preference tool/banner implemented on the Site.
